Synopsis

Ikebukuro's a messy place—lots of businesses, lots of gangs, all competing for space. Makoto Majima runs things as the district's "troubleshooter," basically a fixer who keeps the peace between rival factions. He knows the area inside and out and works alongside the G-Boys, the most powerful gang in Ikebukuro, run by the ruthless and charismatic Takashi Andou. Together they try to maintain some kind of balance. That balance gets tested when the Red Angels show up and start encroaching on G-Boys territory. Suddenly there's real tension, and Makoto's job gets a lot harder—enemies are everywhere, some even within the G-Boys themselves. While he's dealing with the usual problems, he starts uncovering something bigger: a conspiracy that could spark a full-scale gang war and tear the whole district apart.
