Takashi leads the G Boys, a local gang, and used to go to school with Makoto. On the surface he's pretty goofy and likes to joke around, but that's mostly a front—underneath he's actually ruthless and willing to do whatever it takes to get what he wants. He'll back Makoto up when things get rough, but he always expects something in return. It's basically a transactional relationship; he's helpful, just not out of the goodness of his heart.
