Synopsis

Tsukasa Atsumi is your typical salaryman living a pretty unremarkable life—until one night on his way home from work, a demon tries to kill him. He's saved by a mysterious woman named Shizuri Ideura, who's dressed as a ninja and explains that demons are naturally drawn to people with Samurai Blood. Apparently, her job is to protect guys like him from the shadows. Since the attacks are only going to get worse, Tsukasa strikes a deal with her: she can move in with him in exchange for keeping him safe. Turns out Shizuri is basically a shut-in who'd rather play video games than do anything else when she's not out doing ninja work. But as they start spending time together, Tsukasa finds himself genuinely enjoying her company—and it seems like the feeling might be getting mutual.
