Synopsis

Kouichi Haimawari is a college student who dreams of becoming a hero in a world where superpowers—called Quirks—are everywhere. The problem? His own Quirk lets him slide around at basically bicycle speed, which isn't exactly hero material. So instead, he picks up odd jobs and vigilante work in his neighborhood, handling stuff that falls through the cracks between the police and licensed heroes. Everything changes when he crosses paths with Knuckleduster, a tough-as-nails vigilante brawler, and Pop☆Step, an online celebrity. The three get pulled into investigating a dangerous new drug that enhances Quirks and turns regular people into instant villains. What starts as a chance meeting becomes a full-on partnership as this chaotic trio works to track down the source and keep the drug from spreading through their city. They're basically cleaning up the mess that the "official" heroes and law enforcement are too busy or blind to notice.
