"Dragon" Asaga Hiryu showed up in Psyren claiming he was hunting for a friend, but he's actually a tough customer with serious power. Ageha nearly lost it when he realized this massive, muscular guy was the same sniveling kid he'd bullied back in elementary school. When Asaga got summoned to Psyren with his own phonecard during the same "game" as Ageha, they ran into each other again for the first time in years.
What's interesting is that Asaga picked up PSI faster than Ageha did—he got control of his abilities quicker and smoother, though that might have something to do with Ageha's Melchsee's Door being a way more complex technique. Asaga's PSI manifests as a dragon's tail when he goes into Burst mode, which obviously fits his whole "Dragon" branding. He's since leveled up considerably; he can now summon dragon wings that create massive wind attacks.
Matsuri's flagged him as someone to watch, especially regarding what Ageha and Oboro are capable of. She's basically said he's the only one who could actually stop them if it came down to it.
