Narumiya is a second-year at Inashiro Industrial and the ace pitcher for the school's baseball team. He's widely regarded as the top left-handed pitcher in the Kantō region.
His personality splits pretty cleanly: when it comes to pitching, he's got serious swagger and genuinely believes he deserves to be a little self-centered about it. He's lazy about practice overall, but he'll buckle down when he thinks a drill actually matters. Outside of baseball, though, he's basically the opposite—bubbly, scatterbrained, and kind of childish. People mostly see what he wants them to see. His real goal is to become Japan's best pitcher.
