Kinchou Seiran is a tanuki from the Kinchou clan in Shikoku. She's known for being energetic and has a thing for digging holes. She's actually crossed paths with Yajirou before—she rode the Fake Eizan Electric Train with him at some point—though he doesn't seem to remember it. Fans suspect he was probably too wasted to notice at the time.
