Fran is a black cat beastkin who originally set out with her parents on a quest to find a way to evolve. After they died, she was enslaved—a situation that cost her even her name. Everything changed when she met a sentient sword; they freed each other from their respective situations. The sword gave her back the name her parents used to call her: Fran. In gratitude for saving her and becoming her teacher, she named the sword Shishio (or Master). Along the way, she picked up a darkness wolf familiar named Urushi.
Fran's best known for her love of curry, which she makes a point to enjoy whenever she can.
