Synopsis

The Black Cats tribe faces relentless persecution—hunted, enslaved, murdered. Twelve-year-old Fran, one of the few survivors, is consumed by a need for revenge. She wants a better world for her people, and she's willing to do whatever it takes to get there. Everything changes when she meets a sentient sword. It's actually a reincarnated man searching for a worthy wielder, and he becomes exactly what Fran needs. Together, they set out on a mission to restore her tribe's honor and dignity, cutting down anyone who stands in their way. With her magical new companion by her side, Fran is ready for whatever comes next.
