King Neptune is a coelacanth merman and the ruler of the Ryugu Kingdom on Fishman Island. He's best known as the "God of the Sea," a title that reflects both his divine status and his authority over his underwater domain. As a father, he's protective of his four children: his three sons Fukaboshi, Ryuuboshi, and Manboshi, plus his daughter Shirahoshi.
