Kotetsu's boss at the start of the series, Jackson ran TopMag until the company went under—largely thanks to the mounting repair bills from Tiger's constant collateral damage. After losing his job in the buyout, he pivoted to driving a cab. Despite the rough ending to their work relationship, he and Kotetsu stayed close friends, and Jackson never lost faith in him as a hero.
