Happosai
Happosai is the master of Anything Goes Martial Arts, a fighting style he forced onto two unwilling students during their youth: Soun and Genma. The training came with a catch—he regularly coerced them into joining his panty raids and peeping expeditions, usually leaving them humiliated or hurt in the process. Once they managed to escape, both thought they were finally free of him.
They weren't. Happosai eventually showed up at the Tendou Dojo looking for his next successor, and instead found Ranma—who became his new target for both martial arts instruction and relentless lechery. (The fact that Ranma is a boy doesn't stop him in the slightest, especially when Ranma's in girl form.) He's since made the dojo his base of operations, expanding his panty raids throughout the neighborhood and into the Tendou girls' bedrooms.
Physically, Happosai is tiny but shockingly powerful. He's bald with white hair on the sides and a white mustache, usually dressed in a purple coverall or green bathing suit—though he throws on a scarf mask during his raids. His real weakness isn't martial skill but his perverted obsession; he'll literally throw himself in front of a speeding train for panties, and a strategically placed bra can send him into withdraw-like desperation.
Interestingly, a lot of his feared techniques are mostly smoke and mirrors. The infamous "Happo Fire Blast" is just a firework and a match. That said, he does command genuine special energy techniques that pack real power—his strength feeds directly from his lust, which is why cutting off his lecherous motivations is the fastest way to take him down.
