Tansui is an Arowana Fishman and member of Macro's crew, the Macro Fishman Pirates. He's best known for his surprisingly open-minded attitude—something that regularly annoys Macro, his captain. He's even been willing to speak his mind directly to Duval, which takes guts given the circumstances.
Like other skilled members of his crew such as Kuroobi and Kapoty, Tansui apparently has training in Fishman Karate. However, fans never actually get to see him put those skills to use, since he gets taken down before he has a chance to demonstrate what he can do.
