Riquet is a wizard living in the Central Country who grew up in a religious cult as what they called an apostle of God. This upbringing left him isolated from much of the outside world—there are entire regions and ways of life he's simply never been exposed to. He's known for his serious, straightforward personality and a genuine belief that magic exists to serve others rather than for personal gain.
