Chibi is a kappa with a serious soft spot for Aoi—she feeds him regularly, and he's basically devoted to her ever since they reunited. He's obsessed with cucumbers and genuinely loves everything she cooks, so he tends to stick close by her side.
Despite being outmatched, Chibi's got this stubborn streak where he tries to do the right thing. Fans often note his willingness to stand up for Aoi; he even challenged Raijuu when the guy insulted her cooking, which says a lot about his priorities.
