Cyborg 0010 Plus and Minus
Cyborg 0010 Plus and Minus are a pair of sibling assassins—both cyborgs created by Black Ghost. They were specifically sent to hunt down and eliminate the original nine 00 cyborgs, making them major antagonists throughout the Cyborg 009 series.
