Synopsis

Skull leads Black Ghost, a terrorist organization that commands nine powerful cyborgs. But when Dr. Isaac Gilmore, the group's top cybernetics expert, has a change of heart, he helps the cyborgs rebel against Skull and Black Ghost's control. Black Ghost's real endgame is to trigger a global war by flooding the world with weapons of mass destruction. The nine cyborgs now find themselves in a desperate fight for survival—Black Ghost will stop at nothing to destroy them before they can stop the organization's plans.
