Mem-Cho's mom was basically the driving force behind her idol ambitions from the start. She actively encouraged her daughter to pursue the dream and put in serious work to support her along the way. Unfortunately, she ended up getting sick from overworking herself, which forced Mem-Cho to step back from her idol career. Instead, she picked up multiple part-time jobs to help cover expenses and take care of her family.
