Umizatou is a youkai that takes the form of a blind lute player. He's basically the sea version of those creepy spirit musicians from folklore. His whole thing is collecting human souls from ships, and he's got an army of Funa-Yuurei—drowned spirits—working as his minions to pull people overboard. The name literally means "Blind Man of the Sea," which is pretty on-the-nose for what he does.
