Unnamed Rare Hunter
An unnamed member of the Ghouls working under Marik's command. He mostly operates in the background, though he shows up at key moments throughout the arc.
He first catches attention watching Jonouchi, Anzu, and Sugoroku from a distance, then later stakes out Jonouchi's duel at the aquarium. When Marik arrives posing as Namu, this hunter teams up with two other Ghouls to kidnap both Jonouchi and Anzu. He also goes after Mokuba Kaiba, though the kid manages to slip away before they can keep him contained.
His crew continues hunting down Yugi's friends—they chase after Shizuka and Honda when she arrives in town, but Otogi Ryuuji intercepts and saves them before things escalate.
During the climactic duel between Yugi and Jonouchi, this hunter becomes the final obstacle. He positions himself with a deadman's switch, threatening to crush Anzu if Kaiba Seto or Mokuba try to interfere. It's a tense moment, but Kaiba ends it quickly—he flicks a card at the hunter's hand and kicks him hard enough to knock him unconscious, disarming the threat and letting the duel proceed.
