Saburouta
Saburouta shows up in episode 20, initially presenting himself as a brave warrior eager to slay the demon. That front doesn't last long. He's actually a complete coward who buckled the moment he witnessed Nue's horrifying work—watching the creature devour people in chunks was enough to break him completely. After that, he threw in with the beast entirely, using himself as bait to lure unsuspecting travelers into Nue's territory so it could pick them apart.
