Raiga is best known as one of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist, joining Zabuza and Kisame in that infamous group. He only shows up during a filler arc, so he's not part of the main story, but fans often remember him for his unique fighting style.
His whole thing is lightning-based combat. He carries pikes that essentially work as lightning rods, channeling lightning as his primary power source. What makes him stand out is his ability to combine multiple pikes into a single, much deadlier two-bladed weapon that amps up his lightning attacks significantly.
Throughout the arc, he travels with Ranmaru, a young disabled child who's essentially his only companion and the only person he genuinely cares about. Their dynamic is a big part of what defines his character—he's otherwise pretty cold and detached, but his connection to Ranmaru shows there's something human underneath.
