Yulier is a silver-haired whip wielder and a dedicated member of the Aincrad Liberation Force, best known for her loyalty to Thinker. She basically serves as his right hand in the organization's operations.
When word reached her that a pair of exceptionally strong players had arrived on the first floor, she didn't hesitate to seek them out—that being Asuna and Kirito. Her timing wasn't random: Thinker had gotten himself trapped in a newly discovered high-level dungeon beneath the first floor, courtesy of Kibaou locking him in. Getting him out was going to take serious firepower.
The rescue mission took her, Kirito, and Asuna down to the dungeon's center. Once they found Thinker, Yulier grabbed him, and Kirito quickly told her to bail using a teleport crystal. She got them out.
