Shiina is a self-proclaimed female ninja who specializes in traditional Japanese weaponry—primarily dual-wielding kodachi and shuriken. She's got a distinctive look: she wears the SSS uniform along with a long black scarf that covers the lower half of her face and neck, and her skirt features two short slits designed to give her better mobility.
Despite her tough, quiet exterior, she's got a soft spot for cute things, especially stuffed animals. She's also weirdly good at sensing danger before it happens, which comes in handy in her line of work.
