When Shorter Wong abandons his post, Su Rin takes over as Chinatown's gang boss. But Sin stays loyal to Shorter and grows angry watching the Lee family crawl into bed with Papa Dino. He rallies Alex and what's left of Ash's crew with a simple pitch: their bosses might've made a deal, but that's on them. The street soldiers have their own code, and Shorter is still their real leader. It's enough to spark an all-out war against Dino's forces and the Lees combined.
Sin's only fourteen, but his baby face hides some serious talent. He's sharp, strategic, vicious in a fight, and carries a weapon called the Flying Dragon Fang that's basically a death sentence—Ash is literally the only person to ever walk away from it intact. The kid's got an ego to match his skills too, though he'll own up to a loss if he genuinely feels beaten.
