Takes over from Kubota as head of the Izumokai Youth Division. He's known for being cold, bad-tempered, and ruthless—the kind of guy who'll do whatever it takes to move up in the yakuza world. He's the one who kidnapped Tokito, which becomes a pretty major plot point. Despite his harsh exterior, he's actually close with Shuuji and basically acts as Sanada's right hand.
