Kenzaki Ryuuichi shows up in Inazuma Eleven's second season as one of the key figures behind the Aliea project alongside Kira Seijirou. He served as coach of the Dark Emperors team during the series.
Personality-wise, Kenzaki's pretty much a textbook villain—he's selfish, doesn't give a damn what happens to anyone else, and has no problem lying to get what he wants. His only real concern is himself and whatever he's after at the moment.
