Meguri serves as president of Sōbu High School's student council and is currently a third year student. She's not exactly known for being the most dependable leader—her decision-making can be pretty questionable, honestly—but somehow it doesn't matter. Her genuinely likable personality has won over her council members so completely that she manages to hold the whole group together anyway. The councilors are willing to back her up and make things work, which is kind of the secret to her success despite her own shortcomings.
