Sanada Shinya is the sole guy in the otaku circle Pretty Garden. He's basically the real-life inspiration for Lucifer, the protagonist of Maschera—his fellow circle member Kanata Kurusu straight-up based the character on him. The resemblance is pretty striking if you know what to look for.
