Rokurou Rangetsu is a black-haired swordsman dressed in traditional samurai clothing. What sets him apart is that he's transformed into a Daemon but somehow kept his mind intact—something pretty rare in his world. He wields twin daggers in combat and joins Velvet's group specifically to settle a debt he owes her. His older brother is Shigure Rangetsu.
