Shenmei
A quiet, composed 27-year-old who serves as navigator of GAUS 1. Shenmei doesn't say much, which makes her the perfect foil to Tom's more impulsive personality—she keeps him grounded. She's later promoted to pilot of GAUS 3, stepping up from her navigator role into a leadership position of her own.
