Old Woman (Unnamed)
She's a stubborn older woman who the rescue team pulled out of the Old Capital. Before everything went wrong, she worked as a head maternity nurse—basically the most experienced person in the room when it came to delivering babies.
During the crisis, she walked Taeko through delivering Ibuki's baby over the radio, giving her the guidance she needed in a situation where there was no one else qualified to help. Her medical expertise clearly made the difference.
Despite the contamination and the obvious dangers of the Old Capital, there are hints that she'd rather be back there anyway. Whether it's stubbornness, attachment to her old life, or something else entirely, she doesn't seem entirely comfortable with being "rescued."
