Judock worked as a spy for Captain M'Quve within Federation forces, basically playing go-between for M'Quve and General Elran as they coordinated Operation Odessa. Right before the battle kicked off, Amuro and Sayla spotted him leaving Zeon territory in a Federation plane—suspicious enough that they decided to tail him to the Big Tray. There, Federation soldiers grabbed him, and that's where his story goes dark. Nobody really knows what happened to him after that.
