Synopsis

Zeon commander and ace pilot Char Aznable figures he can stop the Federation's mobile suit program with a surprise attack on their research base in Side 7. Turns out he's miscalculated—the Federation's already got a prototype up and running. When Char's forces close in, the Feds fight back hard with their new weapon, the Gundam, and things get messy fast. Caught in the middle is Amuro Ray, a young tech prodigy who's desperate to keep his friends and family alive. Problem is, he's just one kid going up against a whole squad of mobile suit pilots.
