Agha started out working for Lalah's master as muscle—he was there when they snatched Lalah from the Manuas Mobsters. His whole thing is spinning razor-sharp metal discs off his fingers, which honestly makes him a pretty dangerous fighter.
Later on he switches sides, defecting to the Manuas Mobsters so he can go after Lalah himself. He even takes out his former boss in the process, beheading him. But it doesn't end well for Agha. During a fight with Char, one of his own discs comes back at him after Char dodges it—and at the same time, Char runs him through with a broken shovel. That's how he goes out.
