A med student at the University of Tokyo who's convinced humanity can't be trusted with the CROWDS system—and he's willing to do something about it. He heads up VAPE, a shadowy terrorist outfit whose members pilot red CROWDS units.
Like Rui, he got a magenta NOTE from Berg Katze early on, but he sat on it for years. Once CROWDS actually launched, he finally decided to put it to use—specifically to tear the whole system down. His whole operation exists around that single goal.
