Scotch
Scotch is one half of the Yeti Cool Brothers duo, operating alongside his partner Rock. The pair worked as assassins for Caesar Clown. He's instantly recognizable by the gas mask he wears—the lenses and canisters are so prominent they're visible even in silhouette.
