A wind spirit from Elfhelm, a utopia on the island Skellig in the Western Sea. Elves in Berserk can only be seen by the open-minded; the devoutly religious can't perceive Puck at all, though he can mess with their faces without them knowing it.
Puck's got some useful tricks in a fight. He can secrete healing powder from his wings, flash a blinding light at enemies, and pull out his "Bloody Needle"—a spiny seed-pod thing he tosses at people. It doesn't actually hurt, but it stings enough to make most targets yell.
He was the first to join Guts's group, and fans have noticed he's developed an odd fascination with the Behelit Guts picked up after his fight with the Count. Along with Isidro, Puck usually provides the comic relief, often drawn in exaggerated, goofy ways. He gets genuinely annoyed when confused with pixies or fairies, quick to insist there's a difference. He's also got what looks like a brother-sister dynamic going with Evarella, the newer female elf character.
