Haruka's one of Yotasuke's classmates who also attends the same cram school as Yatora. He's known for being eccentric and kind of aloof, with this cheerful vibe that can definitely get on people's nerves—he actually seems to enjoy annoying his fellow students. That said, he's not a jerk about it. He genuinely hangs out with them and is pretty friendly underneath the irritating exterior.
