Viluy (called Byruit in the English dub) is the fourth member of the Witches 5, taking her name from the mineral viluite.
The anime version gives her the job of harvesting pure hearts after Tellu dies. Her method is straightforward—she reprograms every computer at Infinity Academy to extract the pure heart crystals from students during a nationwide practice exam. Her signature move, "Mosaic Buster" (or "Mosaic Energy Blaster" in English), fires a swarm of nano-robots from her wristband. For a while it works, and she nearly takes down Sailor Uranus, Neptune, and Mercury—with Mercury being a particular target of hers. But when Sailor Moon destroys her wristband, the nanomachines turn on their creator instead, dissolving her from the inside. Only the bracelet remains.
In the manga, Viluy actually comes before Tellu as the third witch. She's ranked Level 202 and runs the Science Division at Infinity Academy under the name Yui Bidoh. Her basic story is the same—gathering pure hearts through the academy's computers—but her death is different: Sailor Uranus cuts her in half with the Space Sword.
