Cheelai is a Frieza Force soldier who signed up after the Tournament of Power wrapped up.
She's a humanoid alien with distinctive features: short white hair, thin white eyebrows, purple eyes, and green skin. She's got a slender but curvy build, and yeah—she's conventionally attractive. Other soldiers are constantly hitting on her, and even Beerus got interested the moment he saw her. Her outfit consists of a purple bodysuit paired with white battle armor tailored for female soldiers (fitted around the chest), white gloves over purple wristbands, white and green shoes with long purple socks, and a blue scouter.
Personality-wise, Cheelai's a hothead who acts on impulse rather than strategy. She helps people without really thinking through what might go wrong. She's sassy with a strong opinion on everything, which comes through immediately in how she talks to people like Lemo. Despite their differences, she and Lemo both develop a genuine friendship with Broly—they actually care about the guy even though he's socially awkward as hell.
