Nagumo is the main character of CITY. She's a second-year college student who's basically all energy and zero consideration for anyone else—selfish to her core. For most of her life she's been pretty isolated, but that changes when she lands a job at Makabe's Western Bistro. Working there actually pushes her to engage with people for the first time, which becomes the catalyst for her whole character arc.
