Esuka runs the Esuka Corporation and serves as the main villain throughout Cardfight!! Vanguard: Shinemon. She's basically the corporate overlord type—she bought out Card Capital with plans to strip it down and rebrand it as just another location in her chain of card shops. That acquisition sets off the whole conflict of the arc, since the heroes obviously aren't thrilled about losing their beloved hangout to corporate homogenization.
