Rio's Bully Gang
The second son of George Rodan, he was born into the House of Marquis Rodan with all the privilege that came with it. Back when Rio and the others were students at the Beltrum Kingdom's Royal Academy, he was one of the main guys running the bullying operation—basically a ringleader of Rio's crew of troublemakers.
