Hinae runs a local café, which becomes a central hub for both Hidomi and later Jinyu. She originally opened the place to wait for her husband to come back, but eventually decided it was time to shut down—something that upset Hidomi. After seeing how much the café meant to her daughter, though, Hinae changed her mind and kept it going. Even when Medical Mechanica's attack destroyed the building, she chose to rebuild and keep the business alive.
