A mushroom monster that Alvin and Karla run into during their travels. The thing actually fights them at first, but eventually joins up with the group. After that, it basically becomes their pack mule—you'll usually see it lugging their stuff around. Weirdly enough, it's got some legit martial arts skills, which caught a lot of people off guard when it first showed up.
