Kurona
Kurona is an artificial one-eyed ghoul created as part of an experimental program. She's best known for working alongside her twin sister Nashiro to block Ken Kaneki's path when he was hunting down Madam A. The two of them made a memorable obstacle during that arc, functioning as a coordinated pair in a way that highlighted just how dangerous artificial ghouls could be when deployed strategically.
