Synopsis

With the Tsukiyama Family wiped out, the CCG's gotten stronger and more determined than ever to eliminate every ghoul in Japan. Haise Sasaki has quit Quinx Squad and become an emotionless machine, taking on increasingly dangerous missions without hesitation. But it's not that simple—Ken Kaneki's memories keep bleeding through, creating a conflict he can't quite process. His cold detachment is taking a toll on everyone around him, especially Quinx Squad, who are already falling apart after losing one of their own and losing their mentor in the process. Both Haise and the squad are stuck doing the CCG's bidding regardless, but things are getting complicated. Haise has caught wind of some shadowy organization pulling strings behind the scenes, and the Quinx Squad is picking up on whispers about corruption within the CCG itself.
