Braham is a Shandian warrior known for his role in the fight to reclaim Upper Yard from Enel. He's been wearing a helmet that covers his eyes since childhood, and he's visibly lost a lot of hair over the years. As a fighter, he's effective but ruthless—he famously gunned down an enforcer who'd already surrendered to him.
During the Survival Game, Braham faced off against Zoro and actually pushed him harder than you'd expect, thanks to his speed and ranged offense. He dual-wields Light Guns, weapons that flash bright enough to blind opponents so they can't track incoming bullets. When things get close, he's no slouch either; he uses jet-powered Skate-type Wavers to amplify the speed of his kicks. He eventually lost that match, but he bounced back once the war wrapped up.
