Dr. Potsun is Arabasta's resident doctor, best known for patching up Pell after his dramatic showdown at Alubarna Palace. The guy basically saved the bird-man's life when he needed it most. He's based in Arabasta and doesn't get a ton of panel time, but he showed up early enough to matter—Chapter 217 in the manga and Episode 130 in the anime.
